Inmates help run exotic-animal zoo in Florida Keys

Sheriff's Animal Farm Supervisor Jeanne Selander has created a sanctuary not only for animals, but for inmates as well.

Selander's special touch has filled the Stock Island Detention Center's Animal Farm in Key West, Florida with all kinds of animals, including alpacas, emus, a skunk, a sloth named "Mo", and "Tucker," a kinkajou, among many others.

Twice a month, the county jail's animal farm opens its steel bars to the public.
