HARRISBURG, Pa. -- (WPMT) -- Parents are coming forward and turning their children into police after they went on a crime spree in Harrisburg Saturday night.

Surveillance video from Saturday night shows the flood of teenagers trashing the Second and Verbeke Mini Mart.

Harrisburg Chief Thomas Carter says about 100 kids left the Kipona Festival and started doing the damage.
