NEW YORK -- (WPIX) -- A Brooklyn man was arrested Tuesday after a woman saw him masturbating on the 3 train, snapped a photo and posted it to her Instagram account.
Reggie Frank, 44, of Saint Marks Avenue, Brooklyn, was charged with public lewdness.
According to Gothamist, straphanger Tiffany Jackson posted the NSFW photo to Instagram to call attention to the man while complaining about the lack of help she received from MTA officials.
