LOS ANGELES -- (KTLA) -- Actor and producer Andre Bautista, known by his stage name Andre Bauth, remained in custody Wednesday on suspicion of trying to kill his roommate.Meanwhile, the suspect's tenants filed a lawsuit accusing him of being a slumlord.
