KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. -- (WITI) -- Police describe Andrew Obregon as a person of interest in a recent homicide case -- and all weekend long, he's been accused of stealing vehicles, leading authorities on high-speed pursuits, and even robbing gas stations. We are hearing from one of Obregon's alleged victims, as law enforcement officials continue their manhunt.

Investigators with the Kenosha County Sheriff's Department say two crimes which happened overnight from Saturday, October 3, into Sunday, October 4, are the latest crimes linked to 32-year-old Obregon.
