Man gets 4 years for Halloween night vehicular homicide of twin sisters

MOUNT VERNON, Wash. -- (KCPQ) -- A man charged with vehicular homicide in the deaths of twin sisters on Halloween near Anacortes has been sentenced to four years in prison.
The Skagit Valley Herald reports a jury found 55-year-old Ira Blackstock, of Oak Harbor, guilty of vehicular homicide and vehicular assault in September.
