Police release recording of mayor and teen sex-abuse accuser

The Sacramento Bee has released recordings of Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson's phone conversation with the teen who accused him of molestation almost 20 years ago.
The 39 minute recording was released to the Bee by Phoenix police.
Portions of the recording referring to sex acts are redacted in the file.
