Teacher accused of sex with foreign exchange student allegedly bragged about it

HOUSTON -- (KIAH) -- A first grade teacher accused of having a sexual relationship with a teen foreign exchange student said she did not know that what she was doing was illegal, according to investigators.
Nicole Allyson Jakubiak, 36, has been charged with improper relationship with student.
According to Cypress-Fairbanks ISD police, Jakubiak was a teacher at Robison Elementary and confessed to co-workers that she was having an affair on her husband. “Who” she was having the alleged affair with made the teachers report her activities to authorities.
