Man suspected of masturbating on NYC subway in viral video arrested

NEW YORK -- (WPIX) -- The man at the center of a now-viral video in which he was scolded by a grandmother who says she caught him masturbating aboard a No. 2 train has been arrested, police sources said Wednesday.
Law enforcement sources identified the man as Kevin Cuffe, 23, of the Bronx.
Cuffe faces a charge of public lewdness in the Aug. 15 incident. That day, fellow subway rider Deanna Carter shamed him off a crowded northbound No. 2 train.
