Death of missing Queens woman deemed a homicide

QUEENS, N.Y. -- (WPIX) -- The death of a 43-year-old Queens woman, whose body was found in a vehicle near Baisley Pond Park after being reported missing, has been deemed a homicide, the NYPD said Tuesday.
Dayo Corley, a 43-year-old Rochdale resident, was reported missing after last being seen around 2 a.m. Saturday near 137th Avenue and Farmers Boulevard, at the border of Rochdale and St. Albans, police said Monday.
Her body was found Monday at 12:06 p.m. near Baisley Pond Park at 122 Avenue and Lakeview Lane in South Jamaica as police scoured the area in search of her vehicle, sources said.
Corley was unconscious and unresponsive when found in the driver's seat of a black Chevy Equinox, police said.
