SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, Texas -- (KABB) -- South Padre Island Municipal Court charged a 20-year-old female Sunday in connection with a hit-and-run accident that left seven people injured.
Police responded to the scene Friday, where people were found injured on the street.
The area is a popular spot for people on spring break.
