WESLACO, Texas -- (KABB) -- Police arrested a 19-year-old Weslaco man last month after a video showed him sexually assaulting a minor at a house party in August, according to a criminal complaint.

An investigation began on Sept. 4, when a woman told Weslaco police she had received a video of her daughter — identified as Jane Doe in the criminal complaint — being sexually assaulted.

The video shows a man's hands touching an unconscious, naked girl at a Weslaco home on Aug. 25, according to the criminal complaint. The man briefly pans "the camera over to his face and laughs after he touches her breast," according to the criminal complaint.

On Oct. 12, Weslaco police identified 19-year-old Jose Luis Sanchez of Weslaco as a suspect, according to the criminal complaint.

During an interview with police on Oct. 18, Sanchez admitted to recording himself sexually assaulting Jane Doe and sending the video to his friends, according to the criminal complaint.
