OAKLAND -- (KRON) -- The 9-year-old girl who died after a violent hit-and-run crash has been identified as Zayda Monge, of Oakland, according to the Alameda County Coroner's Office.
At around 9 p.m. Tuesday night an Infinity SUV collided with a Toyota Corolla on 35th near Paxton Avenue.
A 25-year-old woman was driving the Toyota Corolla with three young passengers inside the car.
The woman was hospitalized and is in critical, but stable condition.
Two other young girls, an 8-year-old and a 10-year-old, were also injured in the crash. They are in stable condition.
Monge was taken to the hospital where she later died.
Officers are still looking for the driver of the SUV, who fled the scene.
Police say a $10,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case.
