San Antonio man arrested for exposing himself while wearing trench coat, mask

SAN ANTONIO -- (KABB) -- San Antonio police arrested Jeffrey Cruz, 35, Monday afternoon. Cruz was caught exposing himself while dressed in a trench coat and a mask on the 8700 block of Huebner Road. Officers chased Cruz and arrested him.

Cruz faces a charge for disorderly conduct exposure and evading arrest.
